No fad diets — we bring you only science-based recipes and meal plans for sustainable weight management and well-being.
We introduce a large collection of healthy recipes with step-by-step instructions and illustrative photos.
Our recipes are tested and adjusted by a professional chef to make sure they’re doable in a home kitchen, meet basic taste and presentation standards, and are either authentic or closely comparable to the source cuisine.
Developed following the USDA’s latest Healthy Eating Guidelines, and with limits on calorie, sodium, and unsaturated fat content, each and every recipe on our site is also audited by a registered dietitian nutritionist to make sure it has a sound nutritional profile.
The recipes are then combined to make meal plans based on their nutrition, meal course, and flavor composition.

The ones that pass the initial testing are then employed in the Kitchen for a minimum of 2 months. We prep and cook 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, so the new tools see more action in 2 months with us than they would in the average American kitchen throughout an entire year. All that hands-on time gives us a sense of the products’ true quality, and our reviews are constantly updated to reflect the results.

Healthy Eating Advocacy
At Moksha Kitchen , we believe every change starts with awareness. We aspire to be the change that creates a stronger and happier community by promoting not only the idea of eating healthy, but the means to do so as well.
Not long after the website was founded, we started an essay contest in which US college students were invited to discuss the importance of a healthy diet. The campaign, which attracted hundreds of participants, received a great deal of attention from the community and the media. It was welcomed by Carthage College, The University Network, Financial Aid Finder, Oregon State University, and Missouri University of Science and Technology, among others.
